Founder's Note- July 2025

It’s been a while—hard to believe it’s already July! The warm days and nights are here, and summer is whizzing by. Like many, I’m doing my best to maintain a good life/work balance… spending as much time as possible with my grandson, Sebastian, and the rest of my family, while also putting in many long days at Toonie to help ensure that our exciting growth goes as smoothly as possible. Andrew and I did manage to sneak away for an evening of scrumptious food and James Taylor sooooooo wonderful! Our team at Toonie Moonie has been incredibly busy making LOTS of marshmallow. We’ve added many new customers—cafés, coffee houses, bakeries, specialty shops, markets, and chains across the country are now stocking Toonie Moonie Organic Marshmallow Crème. We’ve also partnered with some very cool companies, and it’s always a treat to see our crème used as an ingredient in other products! Our biggest launch yet is happening this year, and the prep for it has definitely made an impact. I’m so proud of how our team continues to rise to the occasion with integrity and grace. I’m grateful to work alongside such wonderful people every day—and truly, I love what I do.
