Sunset over Lake George on a balmy summer evening with friends…can it get any better than that? The answer is “yes” when you top off your picnic with Toonie Moonie fruit dip! I blended a container of your banana marshmallow creme with an 8 ounce container of whipped cream cheese. The flavor was simply delicious and reminiscent of a decadent childhood treat…those deadly banana flip cakes (found in our local grocery store right next to the Twinkies). Some fresh picked strawberries from a local farm with a dollop of the banana creme mixture on top received rave reviews. Served in little parfait cups this was a pretty and scrumptious ending to a perfect evening.
